I'm Jennifer Amaya, Esq., and I proudly serve as an Associate Attorney at The Evolution Law Group. My educational journey includes earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Philosophy, and Law from Binghamton University, followed by a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law.
As I continue to grow in the legal profession, my goal is to diversify my expertise by embracing new technology and expanding into new practice areas or niches within the legal field.
Beyond the office, I'm passionate about giving back to my community. I volunteer my legal expertise with organizations such as VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) and the Office of New Americans of Miami-Dade, providing vital assistance to those in need. In my downtime, I indulge in my hobbies, including golfing, snowboarding, and exploring new destinations.

My journey in the legal field began as a data entry clerk and later earning an Associate of Arts in Paralegal Studies. As the Paralegal, I bring expertise in handling legal matters with precision and care, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service.

I'm Stephanie Carman, and I lead the Bodily Injury Department at The Evolution Law Group with a lot of heart. Armed with an Associate of Science degree, I'm all about providing hands-on support in understanding medical reports, scrutinizing medical bills, evaluating claim worth, and guiding the claims process for smooth outcomes. I dive deep into managing injury claims from the get-go, taking charge of coverage decisions that shape Progressive's responsibility and working closely with claimants and attorneys to find fair resolutions in bodily injury cases. As the Bodily Injury Manager, my main aim is to make our claims process the best it can be. I'm all about finding that sweet spot where we blend advanced tech like AI and machine learning with the personal touch our clients deserve. Alongside this, I'm excited to cook up custom training programs that'll really boost our team's skills in medical lingo and negotiation smarts. Keeping our eyes peeled for what's new in the industry and making sure we're up to date on regulations is key. It's all about staying ahead of the game so we can keep delivering top-notch service to our clients When I'm not at work, you'll often find me wrapped up in the warmth of family time with my husband and wonderful children. I'm an avid reader, love spending time fishing and hunting outdoors, and find joy in giving back to my community through volunteering at my local church

My name is Nickita Henri, and I work as an Executive Legal Assistant at Evolution Law Group. In addition, I am the founder of a meal prep company, which I am developing into a self-sustaining business. My long-term vision is to open a shared commercial kitchen, offering entrepreneurs a clean and professional space to grow their ventures.
